Description
With Purity Steam, calcium and magnesium ions are selectively extracted from the tap water during the flow through an ion exchanger. In addition, the filter material binds heavy metals such as lead and copper and also reduces the taste and odor-disrupting substances. Due to the higher throughput and lower pressure loss, trouble-free use of the larger combi steamers and baking ovens is also possible.

This complete set consists of a pressure housing, pressure housing cover and filter cartridge.
