By using the renewable and plant-based PLA, the trays are industrially compostable after use. This means that less waste goes to landfill. The renewable PLA is also less depleting of the earth's resources than traditional plastic. So even if you don't have them composted, it will ultimately reduce your ecological footprint.

The environmentally friendly PLA is also transparent, so that your customers have a good view of your delicious cold juices, dressings and sauces.

These containers can be used with the corresponding Vegware lids CP395 (sold separately). These close the trays well, so that no sauce can leak out. With the lid on, you can also stack the containers neatly, for a space-saving product presentation.

The PLA used makes the containers suitable for food and liquids up to 40°C. That is why they are mainly intended for cold dressings, sauces and test dishes.
