- Vertical evaporator system, easing the ice cubes through
inversely called gas cycle.
- At the end of each cycle, a rinsing program starts the machine to remove impurities.
- Air condenser (water condenser on request).
- Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable legs underneath.
- Machine without reserve compartment, to be combined with an independent reserve compartment in stainless steel, with or without transport trolley (insulation 40 to 50 mm).
