- Made of stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304.
- Tank made of stainless steel AISI 316, thickness 15/10 mm, resistant to corrosion and wear, equipped with an overflow to collect starch. The water supply tap and (ball) drain valve with frontal operation. Inside the tub, equipped with a double perforated bottom in stainless steel AISI 304 that protects the resistances against possible contact with the baskets.
- Electric heating by means of stainless steel armored submerged resistors, temperature control by 4-position control switch.
