What is a grease trap used for?
The function of a grease separator is to discharge waste water. Restaurateurs or catering entrepreneurs discharge waste loaded with animal fats and other peelings, bits of food, into the wastewater network.

Our bins are made of 304 stainless steel (food grade).
The grease trap intended to be placed in the kitchen (under the sink) must be connected to the central drain or directly to the siphon. Any ovens or other grease producing equipment can also be linked. It is not recommended to connect dishwashers, because the degreasing products incorporated in them for cleaning will corrode the grease collected on the sink.
The grease trap must be easily accessible to facilitate emptying. Placed on the ground and equipped with removable jacks, the height can be adjusted.
The watertightness of the container is guaranteed by a latch closure (absence of odors) and 1 rubber seal.
To prevent you from getting your hands dirty during emptying, we supply suitable fittings (¼-turn valves).
