Description
General Features:
- Capacity: 14x GN 1/1 (or) 14x 600x400 mm (grids and plates in option).
- Production per cycle: 50 kg (+70°C +3°C) or 35 kg (+70°C -18°C).
- Core probe included.
- Anti-tilting structure in stainless steel wire (removable), height between the plates 65 mm.
- Reversible door with built-in handle (not protruding).
- Hinges with spring system (locks at 90°).
- Insulation 70mm.
- Refrigerant R404A with thermostatic expansion valve.
- 4 adjustable stainless steel legs.
- Electronic "digital" regulator, programmable as desired (with all HACCP functions), display on the front, 4 cycles to choose from "Soft Chill" or "Soft Freeze" for delicate products, "Hard Chill" or "Hard Freeze" for the large pieces, control with timer and bell alarm at the end of the cycle (or) control with core probe, with retention function at the end of the cycle and alarm (visual).
- Monoblock structure, manufactured in food grade stainless steel, inside (AISI 304) and outside (AISI 304-441).
- Deep-drawn bottom, corners (without irregularities), with drain plug (major maintenance).
- Door with magnetic seal (easy to replace, without tools), counter door equipped with heating elements to avoid ice formation (Freeze function).
- Door micro switch, to stop the evaporator fan when opening.
- Compressor (climate class +43°), ventilated condenser, access from the front.
- Ventilated evaporator treated against salts and food acids, completely clogged (not visible), fan motor IP45.
- Manual or automatic defrost (start of cycle).
- Insulation in polyurethane without CFC.
- Devices manufactured according to the applicable EC standards.
