The principle of INDUCTION: a little technical explanation!
The heat is generated by a magnetic field directly inside the pot, this field is created electronically, there is no heating element, which gives it great security. Baking takes place practically without heat loss, it is the most economical technology, removing the pot is enough to stop further baking.
