The principle of INDUCTION: a little technical explanation!
The heat is generated by a magnetic field immediately inside the pot. Baking takes place practically without heat loss, removing the pot is sufficient to stop further baking.
Three physical phenomena that follow each other:
- The transfer of energy from the inductor to the pot by electromagnetic means.
- Turning electrical energy into heat in the pot by the Joule effect.
- Passing the heat from the pot to the power supply heat conduction.
It is a clean and ecological technology that is by far the most economical, powerful and efficient.
