Supplied with chrome-plated steel wire mesh that retains impurities to extend the quality and life of the frying oil. Lid made of stainless steel.
Gas heating by heat exchangers, immersed in the tub, equipped with horizontal flame burners. Temperature control by thermostatic gas tap between 90°C and 190°C.
