How to use?

To be used with a GN container or another container of your choice with a maximum depth of 200 mm. This container can hold a maximum of 28 litres.

Meats/Vegetables are placed in a plastic bag.

The air is extracted using a vacuum machine.

Then this container is placed in a sous vide container, where it cooks the meat/vegetables to the desired temperature.

Result: very tender meat and of course very soft.
