How to use?

To be used with a GN container or any other container of your choice with a maximum depth of 200 mm. This container can have a maximum of 28 liters.

Meats / Vegetables are put in a plastic bag.

The air is extracted by means of a vacuum machine.

Then this container is placed in a sous vide container, it cooks the meat / vegetables to the desired temperature.

Result very tender meat and of course very soft.
