This De Buyer steel frying pan is made of 100% natural mineral material, with a protective layer of beeswax and ideal for frying, baking and grilling products. The pan is very durable and therefore ideal for use in busy, professional kitchens. Before use, the pan must be burnt with oil, which gives the pan a non-stick coating that gets better with time.
