This steel frying pan from De Buyer is made of 100% natural mineral material, provided with an organic protective layer of beeswax and ideal for frying, baking and grilling products. The pan is very durable and therefore ideal for use in busy, professional kitchens. Before use, the pan must be burnt with oil, so that the pan gets a non-stick coating that gets better over time!
