Heating in the oven: 20 - 30 minutes
Place a flat, aluminum foil-covered tray in the oven, do not use a wire rack.
Preheat the oven to 90°C
Place the HOTPACK horizontally on the plate covered with aluminum foil and heat for a maximum of 25 minutes at 85°C.
Do not use the grill function or the gas flame. Only use top/bottom heat or hot air.
Then put on heat-resistant gloves and carefully remove the HOTPACK from the oven.
After each heating, check the surface for external damage or deformation.

Heating in the water bath (au bain-marie): 35 minutes
Place in the water bath (85 °C) for 35 minutes.
Place vertically with the sealing cap upwards in the water bath or place it completely under water.
Do not use an open flame for heating.
Then put on heat-resistant gloves and carefully remove the HOTPACK from the water bath. After each heating, check the surface for external damage or deformation.
