The Sanomat Line 5 is equipped with a cream reservoir of five liters and can be connected to a Bag-In-Box system with bags of whipped cream of up to ten liters. Operation is possible in two ways: manual operation and operation by means of infinitely adjustable portioning. This allows you to drain portions of whipped cream with a preset amount and you can easily check the whipped cream consumption. Optionally, the Sanomat Line 5 can be converted to a self-service model.
