The Sanomat S2 communicates with the user in clear language: the display shows the current temperature, warns when temperature is exceeded and automatically gives cleaning instructions. The user is in fact taken by the hand and assisted in operating the whipped cream machine.

The Sanomat S2 has a removable cream reservoir of two liters and can also work excellently with Bag-In-Box systems of up to two liters. Operation takes place by means of a hand button, by means of one of the three portion buttons that can be set by the user or by means of the continuous button on the touchscreen. A connection for a foot switch is optional.
